It is a well known fact that experienced social work staff
are currently in short supply with some specialism faring worse
than others. To register with LH Social Care staff must meet
our minimum criteria of:
- A minimum of one year of full time experience in a social care setting
or substantial voluntary experience.
- Qualified social workers must hold a recognised social
work qualification
- Must be at least 21 years of age and be
- Committed to ongoing personal and professional development
LH Social Care prides itself on a comprehensive recruitment
process which takes account of all current legislation. Our
staff are
panel interviewed using a group work model to examine, discuss,
assess and make recommendations on case study examples in practice.
Staff are referenced covering a full employment history and
are checked through the Criminal Records Bureau checking system.
We provide ongoing support and contact to both clients and
staff. We are committed to and will invest in training for
our staff
team.
